Rental Agreement Policy: Client agrees to return rentals via UPS dropoff on the Monday following their rental date no later than 5:00 pm local time. Client agrees that they will incur additional charges per item per day for rentals kept beyond this period. Client understands that their credit card may be billed for additional rental days beyond their terms of service.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL. DEPOSITS FOR COSTUME RENTAL RESERVATIONS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO CANCELLATION. DEPOSITS MAY ONLY BE APPLIED TO FUTURE RENTAL.
Non – Smoking Policy: Client agrees not to allow cigarette smoke within 50 feet of the rental costume. Client understands that they will be billed $85.00 for cleaning fees to remove cigarette fumes from product.
